Reagan's eventful trip to Costco in July

It wasn't Reagan's first trip to the Costco store in Knoxville, but it was the first trip during one of our major rain storms this summer when the lights went on and off in the store, and it was a THRILL for Baby Regs!  She LOVES lights and fans, so of course she became super excited when the lights were on and off and flickering during the storm inside a crowded Costco building on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Meanwhile, we passed an older female employee who was a nervous wreck while she was handing out food samples in one of the aisles, because she made it clear to every customer who walked by that she was afraid of big storms.

It was no surprise then that Reagan was particularly amused with Aisle #29 where we searched for LED light bulbs to put in our new house, and the sample light bulbs that were lit up in the aisle just made Reagan's day!

She became anxious, as she sometimes does, with sitting in the baby seat in the front of the car seat, so I didn't think there was any harm in sticking Reagan in the large basket of the shopping cart where I normally stick all the food and my purse.  She loved being up front and in charge here, but I did have to watch her because she was looking to stand up and jump right out!
