Parents' 1st Night Out!!!

Last night, Reagan's parents went out for the first time together since Reagan's birthday in late July, and Aunt Amy came over to babysit!

(We have not even gone out for our anniversary dinner yet... Our 2nd anniversary was back on Aug. 4th!!!)

Earlier in the day, Reagan takes an afternoon nap, as Mommy Peaches cleans up the apartment and gets ready for the the "first parents' night out" together!  

We went to the Webb School faculty/staff holiday party on Saturday night.  It was the first one that they've had in years, according to my colleagues.  We enjoyed it very much!  

And, our amazing friend and another "aunt" to Reagan, Amy P., was nice enough to spend her Saturday night caring for our 4-month old baby girl!

It was an all day affair to get some laundry done, prep Reagan for a pleasant evening with Aunt Amy and to get myself ready before 6:00 PM.  But it was a wonderful Saturday to spend with little Rah Rah! 

Amy and Reagan watched Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and attempted to read my French versions of "The Hungry Caterpillar" and "Goodnight Moon" books until Aunt Amy dug out the English versions from the bookshelf!

So, first let us take a #selfie of our first parents' night out!!!  It may be a while before we do this again!  Although... we are planning on seeing our wedding band who will come to Knoxville for a concert this upcoming Thursday, Dec. 19th, but we plan to bring Reagan with us!  If you're in Knoxville, you need to come see "The Empty Pockets" band... they are amazing!!!
