Almost 16 weeks!

Happy Friday!

My mom took this first picture below of Reagan and sent it in a group text to tell us how happy Reagan was today!  I love getting these "Reagan pictures" on my phone during the school day!

We dressed Reagan warmly to get ready for a walk in the stroller outside.  It was a cool 40 degrees in Tennessee today.

We needed to put the winter hat on again!

Daddy came home from work, and we played in the kitchen.

We let Reagan play with her newest playpen from her Grandma Susan.  She gets excited every time she is near it!

We get these songs stuck in our head!  "Itsy bitsy spider!"  "We went to the animal fair!"  "Row, row, row your boat... don't forget your paddle!"

"No more pictures, Mommy!"

And then, Reagan fell asleep within a minute after we changed her diaper and outfit and put her in her playpen again!  She has been doing so well with her sleep routine now.  Reagan slept through the night each night this week except for last night when she only woke up once at 2:00 A.M.  Nice job, Reagan!!!

David and I are grateful to our mothers for not only taking care of Reagan during the day over these past few weeks until Reagan goes to Day Care on December 1st, but we are also thankful that they have cooked us a few meals during their "shifts" in taking care of Reagan and leaving their homes up North to stay with us in Tennessee for a few weeks.  David's mom, Nancy, made us some delicious chili, when she stayed with us a week ago.  My mom made us some awesome "pepperoni lasagna" tonight, and it was such a great Friday night meal, because David and I were exhausted from the work week and ready for a warm, home-cooked meal at the end of the week.  We thank our good friend, Amy Brown, for her added touch of the pepperonis to the lasagna recipe that my mom made tonight.  She gave us her leftover pepperoni lasagna one day last year for me and David to eat at home, and it was amazing.  We sometimes feel bad for our mothers because they probably get tired of the typical dinner meals that David and I have every night, like cereal, sandwiches, salads and a simple cheese and cracker plate.  We're lucky that they're low-maintenance like us!  It's going to be tough without their help when we are on our own with Reagan and Hank on December 1st!
