New bedroom furniture

We found a new chair for our downstairs living room that was a steal of a deal, more than half of the original price, so we grabbed it!  But out main goal was to purchase quality but reasonably-priced furniture for our master bedroom upstairs.  We purchased the bedroom furniture that we liked, but the Knoxville Wholesale Furniture Store called us yesterday to tell us that they could only deliver the two dressers, two night stands and the mirror for the dresser, and that the bed frame would not come until next week because they had the wrong furniture in the warehouse.  We have most of what we wanted for now.  Pictures below are of the furniture in the store and of the furniture after it was delivered to our house yesterday.

We liked the piece of furniture below, too, but did not purchase it.  It's called a "gathering island" and we saw it at the Braden's furniture store in Knoxville.  In the future, we thought it would be a perfect addition to the downstairs living room if we placed it behind the couch, so that people could sit on stools and enjoy something to eat on this table while watching TV, providing extra seats on the couch for others and without risking a food mess on the couch and carpet.  It was originally $4,600 and marked down to $3,000 with the "New Year Sale," but we're going to wait, but one day we will return.....
