2nd flu shot

I brought Reagan to the pediatrician's office to receive her second flu shot, something that the doctor recommended to us last time when we came for her 6-month check-up appointment.  She took her 1st flu shot at that appointment, and then needed to wait 4 weeks before coming back to receive the 2nd shot.

Reagan received a LOT of compliments on her hair today!  At least three different parents said, "Wow, that's some great hair!" to her when we were in the lobby waiting to see the nurse for her appointment.  One dad even approached us and said, "I have to say... that is some AWESOME hair!!!"  I guess that I take Reagan's beautiful hair for granted... I didn't realize that it was so much longer and luscious than a normal baby's head of hair!

Reagan was really cool about it all, as usual.  I took pictures of her before the nurse came to our room, because I was bored, and then after the nurse gave the flu shot to Reagan with a small needle in her left thigh, Reagan hardly cried.  She was a champ!

She only had a 20-minute nap during her time at Day Care today, so she was definitely exhausted after the doctor's appointment and immediately fell asleep on the car ride home.

When David came home, he fed Reagan some of his chicken noodle soup dinner, and Reagan thoroughly enjoyed her father-daugther time!
